Rights, withdrawal and privacy requests

Send privacy requests to the SOG project contact. A secure self-service workflow is not yet implemented; this documented contact applies meanwhile.

  1. State the type of request: access, correction, withdrawal, deletion or data delivery.
  2. Quote your identifier or participation token and, if available, the receipt number.
  3. Do not email a survey file, raw data, passwords or patient data.
  4. SOG or the intake service verifies and records the request. Material deletion requires the four-eyes principle.
